Human Library Event

Human Library Event

Would you like to learn about people’s lived experience on a subject you relate to?

The human library started 23 years ago by a group in Denmark after the death of a friend.

You can loan a human book for 20 minutes and gain valuable knowledge and awareness from someone who is willing to share their life experiences or have achieved what you desire.

Come along if you are curious to read a human book, you can just turn up on the day.

Where: Priory Court Community Centre, 11 Priory Court, E17 5NB.

When: Monday 22nd May, 2.30-4.30pm.

These activities are run by William Morris Big Local and will be held in the Community Living Room which is funded by Waltham Forest council and Clarion Futures.

Community Living Room is open every Monday and Thursday 12pm-5pm in Priory Court Community Centre. Free drinks, snacks and wi-fi is available.

All activities are free to attend and you do not have to register.
