With the recruitment of a new Development Worker for William Morris Big Local, one of the immediate priorities, will be to build an effective communications strategy that lets people in the area know what is happening, and invites them to participate in Big Local.

During the latter stages of 2015, the partnership acknowledge that they were not as effective in engaging residents as previous years, which is now in the process of being remedied.

In 2016, the partnership has re-started quarterly newsletters which will be delivered to every resident in the ward.  As well as quarterly resident Forum meetings.

The William Morris Big Local website has also just been updated with featuers asked for by residents through resident feedback.  However, this is an ongoing project to update on a regular basis.
